New feature as of today: You can assign a Tactical callsign to any
station on the map via the right-click menu. It can be up to 19
chars long and contain spaces. Assign one and that label will be
displayed instead of the callsign. Blank it out and the callsign
will reappear for that station. These are not transmitted in any
way currently, but eventually I'd like to send the info out in the
same format as APRS+ does, so we can share tactical labels across
the air.

I'm going to use this feature to label Team 1, DogTeam 2, Tracker 3,
Air 2, etc.
