[Xastir] Xastir "make"

I'll suggest, gently, that you look at the various README files and the 
'INSTALL' file.

Start with './bootstrap.sh' and then follow with './configure'  which 
will, ultimately, produce a file named Makefile.

Then, 'make' should do something for you!
