[Xastir] Install problems -- Cant make with Mandrake 10.0

Hello-

Am kind of new at this and I'm stuck would appreciate any pointers.

./configure works OK   get this output

Building with Festival...... : no
Building with GPSMan........ : no
Building with ImageMagick... : no
Building with libproj....... : no
Building with GeoTiff....... : no
Building with GDAL/OGR...... : no
Building with ShapeLib...... : no
Building with pcre.......... : yes
Building with dbfawk........ : no

xastir will be installed in /usr/local/bin.
Type 'make' to build Xastir (Use 'gmake' instead on some systems).

When I try to make, I get this:

[jon at localhost xastir]$ make
cd . && /bin/sh /home/jon/Downloads/xastir/missing --run autoconf
autoconf: configure.in: No such file or directory
make: *** [configure] Error 1

There is a file called configure.h.in but no configure.in

Any thoughts??
