[Xastir] 403 on USRadar.geo page?

I get the following when using the USRadar.geo page:

Map Refresh set to 720.
xastir: NotAPNGImageFile (/home/jmt/.xastir/tmp/map.png) [Invalid argument].

So then I was curious about the file if it wasn't a PNG.
