[Xastir] Difficulty loading Geotif

All,

	I'm having trouble loading some DOI-10M maps from NIMA. I've attached
the debug output and listgeo output below so I can get some other
eyeballs on it while I dig around in the code. (Before anyone goes high
and right - these are the published freely downloaded DOI-10Ms from the
geoengine.nima.mil site)  

	I'm running Xastir from CVS (updated earlier this evening) with
libgeotiff-1.2.1, proj-4.4.7, tiff-v3.6.1, and ImageMagick-5.5.7.15.  
	
	I've opened the file with both the gimp and via "display test1.tif"
with no problems.  I'm open to suggestions.  If anyone would like the
file to look at I can zip it up and mail it out.  Its a few megs though.
