[Xastir] Compression algorithm problem with DRGs

Got URLs?  This sounds suspiciously like a fake DRG, one that's been 
compressed with LizardTech's MrSid algorithm...

If you've got the URLs I can download some and see if they work with 
some other s/w I've got...
