[Xastir] Re: [ xastir-Bugs-922782 ] Cygwin: No transient dialogs

I've upgraded my cygwin over the past week or so and my initial impression
has been good - it appears (at first glance anyway) that the problem
reported below is gone.  My current X server for cygwin (xorg-x11-xwin) is
6.7.0.0-6.
