[Xastir] scripts... cvs/distribution

Just a brief bulletin to let the package maintainers know that there are
scripts (and possibly other files...) in the CVS system that don't make it
into the distribution (xastir-1.3.2.tar.gz, etc)

(to wit: ozi2geo.pl split_gnis.bash split_gnis.pl test_coord.pl )

Since at least split_gnis.pl is referenced in one of the docs (README.MAPS,
I believe), it might be helpful to the newbie types to double check
what's supposed to go in there, and that it does in fact get there.
