[Xastir] Latest CVS: More weather alerts

On my iMac running MacOS 10.2.8 and running xastir from cvs of about a 
week ago.

Updated via cvs today:
cvs -z3 update -dP

Then run:
./bootstrap.sh

Get an error during:
./configure --prefix=/sw

   -------cut out a lot of stuff ------------
checking magick/api.h presence... yes
checking for magick/api.h... yes
checking for WriteImage in -lMagick... yes
./configure: line 12233: syntax error near unexpected token `<<<<<'
./configure: line 12233: `<<<<<<< configure.ac'


which I find line 12233 to be empty but later lines say:

Is the  <<<<<<< in front of configure.ac the error or is it just too 
many <.
