[Xastir] bootstrap.sh file

On Sun, Nov 07, 2004 at 02:18:54PM -0500, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <jplace at sc.rr.com> flavor, containing:

No.  bootstrap.sh just regenerates the configure script from configure.ac and
other metaconfiguration files.  Nothing gets put into /usr/local/share/xastir
until you run "make install".
