[Xastir] map levels don't work

Mixing packaged and CVS versions of Xastir can cause problems.

You should 'apt-get --purge remove xastir' if you have the cvs version 
installed.  It might also be a good idea to 'rm -rf ~/.xastir' and redo 
the configuration, as file locations have changed.  Xastir 1.4.1 is 
currently available in Debian unstable, but even that will lag CVS, 
since new packages are only created after a "release" of xastir (and 
CVS changes a few times a day, it seems).
