[Xastir] map levels don't work

On Mon, Nov 08, 2004 at 06:15:29PM -0500, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <wes at kd4rdb.com> flavor, containing:

Probably something to do with /etc/ld.so.conf.  Is there a libpcre.so.0 in
/usr/local/lib?  Is /usr/local/lib in /etc/ld.so.conf?  If not, you need
to add it and run /sbin/ldconfig, I think --- one of our linux users could
probably correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what it says in INSTALL for
other packages where this kind of thing is addressed (but not specifically for
pcre).
