Yes. You'll need to run the wx200d.sourceforge.net server on a Linux box
if you want to send the WX data via RF.  Several people, including me,
have been unable to get wx200d to run since the last round of Linux distro
upgrades. However, others have not had problems. YMMV

Or you can run the Virtual Weather Station software (Microsoft OS) and
send in the APRS data via the Internet. That's what Im doing now.
