There might be commands that are understood by a KPC-3+ but not a
KPC-3, or vice-versa.  Could also be commands in there that don't
fit a KPC at all.  If you were to comment them out a line at a time,
or better yet, type them into Minicom a line at a time, you'll find
the problem lines and can comment them out.
