[Xastir] XASTIR messages

I am lost.

I have been trying all sorts of combinations to get XASTIR to send a
message to the NET

I see traffic in the inet.log, but there is no flow to the net

I even got a message come into me from the net.

What is the correct path to send to the net ?

I see data *trying* to go accoridng to the the inet.log

But nothing on the aprs stream except the beacon from xastir
