[Xastir] Compiling Xastir with ax25

[Jeremy Utley]

I just hate hitting reply to an email that came from a list, and NOT
having the response go to the list.  Not very intuitive, if you ask
me, and on a support-oriented list, you unfortunately end up being the
personal support for that problem.
