[Xastir] cvs -r STABLE, installed but won't run

Looks to me like perhaps your versions of autoconf and automake are
not playing nicely?

The "make install" portion should install those.  I suspect the
Makefiles are not being made properly, and perhaps the configure
script is messed up too, due to your versions of automake/autoconf.

Just an idea.
