[Xastir] xastir and cpu

Vic,

	Tell us a little about your system.  The following would be a good
start

System:
	Processor Speed
	RAM
	Video Card (and driver type)
	Linux Distribution
	Kernel Version
	X version
	Display Resolution and Color Depth

Xastir:
	Maps you're loading 
	Interfaces you have active
	

	If you disable all your maps and auto-start interfaces, restart Xastir,
and don't start any interfaces or open any maps does the same behavior
occur?  After checking that try loading up a few maps, but not opening
any interfaces.  Then deselect all maps, restart, and open up one
interface at a time.  By going through these steps you can help narrow
down where the issue may be.
