[Xastir] Can tamu.edu maps look like Tigermaps?

So provide multiple configuration options -- what something like gnump3d 
or Winamp would call "skins".  If we had a stock clean-and-simple skin, 
a just-like-Tiger skin, and an example of better-than-Tiger, that might 
help inspire future skin developers as well as demonstrate the 
flexibility of the software.

I looked at http://tmrs.sourceforge.net/ and saw no screenshots, and 
there are no screenshots posted to the tmrs project.
