[Xastir] Change to RELAY digipeat function

Hang on.......
"WIDE1-1" is not the same as "WIDE" for other reasons.
"WIDE1" is the same as "WIDE".

WIDE1-1 will go through 2 wideN-n digi's. The first reduces WIDE1-1 to
WIDE1-0 which is displayed as WIDE1, and then it will go through the second
digi before it becomes WIDE1*. So WIDE1-1 is 2 digi's and WIDE or RELAY is
one digi. I had a hard time with this also but with computers you have to
deal with zero's as an integer.

The next time you see a "WIDEn" in a path with no star you know it has one
more WIDE to go before it gets marked as a used path entry.

At least that is the way it works on the UIDIGI's around me.
Maybe that is what should be fixed.

Don..
