[Xastir] New England feed down?

the JavAPRSrvr can handle multicast, and IPv6.  One problem is that a 
lot of ISPs and carriers do not support interdomain multicast, and a lot 
of hardware doesn't handle it the same way... That's one of the nice 
things about standards: there are so many ways to implement them 
"correctly"...
