[Xastir] rtree speeds up shapefiles

I've not seen any indication it was, necessarily, a problem. I noted on
moving to a new area, a memory usage spike, and I was doing that a lot
recently checking some other stuff, but it wasn't a show-stopper.
One guy's opinion. And, I've not profiled it, so I have only subjective
data.
