[Xastir] xastir on a bootable/runable CD?

So far, people using my Cygwin/Xastir CD have had success installing it. It
installs the whole thing in about a 1/2 hour on a slower machine. Just make
sure the XP username does not have any spaces in it! Contact info is in the
README.win32 file on the xastir site. Lintronix also has a CD listed there
that allows you to pick the Cygwin modules you want yourself. He also
provides a very good help document.
