I believe it was Kevin that volunteered last time to provide the
download space.  You two can work out the details for this data set.

Derrick did the conversions last time, right?.  Derrick and Tyler
volunteered to convert the data this go-around.  Perhaps the two of
you could get together and each process separate states, unless it's
more trouble to partition than to do the whole dataset?

Hopefully we can get the xastir/scripts/Xastir_tigerpoly.py script
run against the raw data to get the polygons too?  Thanks to Tom
Russo for writing that script.

Anyway, getting the data processed is the first step.  Where it
resides afterwards doesn't matter so much, as long as we know what
the link is and as long as we're not battering some poor guys
server too much.

Thanks to all who processed this data last year and made it
available.  I use those particular maps all the time!
