[Xastir] missing x11 libraries

Don't run as root unless you're doing admin tasks.

Whatever user started up X11 has ownership of the screen.  You need
to play with xhost in order to allow other users access to the
screen.

Log out, log back in as a normal user, then Xastir should start up
without having to set DISPLAY or mess with xhost, as you already
have ownership of the screen.

If you don't have a normal user, create one and stop using root for
that.  You'll save yourself hours/days of problem-solving later if
you practice that now.
