[Xastir] audio alarms

Best way is to get the player to play the sounds via the
command-line, including the path to the executable and all
command-line switches.  After you get that working from a shell, put
the same exact command into Xastir's config box for audio alarms,
again including the path.  For instance I have:

    /usr/bin/aplay -q

In mine, but I can't test right now because since I did an OS
upgrade on this system I couldn't get audio working easily, and I
haven't gone back to look at it.  It's an SuSE problem on this
system, not an Xastir problem.
