[Xastir] Help setting up XASTIR node

Function does work properly.  It does send nws stuff to RF.
It also sends messages from net->rf which it is supposed to do as I recall.

For some reason or other it still does not send posits of the stations I enter  
from net->rf.  These stations are active on the net.

It will do this function will it not?  Perhaps something else has to edited.
