[Xastir] Installing Xastir on OS X

I just finished installing Xastir on one of my Macs using Dana's binary 
installer and it was a no brainer. With just a few clicks it was up and 
running with everything I was having trouble with before showing up. 
This will definitely encourage many Mac users to bet on board. Now if 
we could get a native version or a Java version to get rid of the 
Xwindows. Great work Dana.
