[Xastir] Cygwin error?

I did a cvs update -P -d and am working on rebuilding under Cygwin. 
Cygwin was also updated before I started the process of working on 
Xastir. 

I'm getting an errror:

"The procedure entry point HMAC_CTX_set_flags could not be located in teh
dynamic link library cygcrypto-0.9.7.dll"

I click OK and xastir stops. 

Anyone seen that, and or have a work around short of reinstalling Cygwin?
