[Xastir] v 1.5.1 and hacked gpsd 2.23 - and a question

Did a run using my laptop, the M$ GPS, and my tweaked
gpsd this morning to work. The display came up just
fine. Speed and tracking appears to be quite solid and
reliable. It appears that my speedo in the Jeep has a
fixed 2 MPH high error.

One issue though...I am running Tiger 2004 shapefiles
and I appear to have a consistent offset of a few
hundreths of a degree. Is there a way of programming
in a fixed map offset to minimize the route errors,
both N/S and E/W?

TIA,

Richard, N6NKO
