[Xastir] Sounds

Hello

I got Xastir working on this machine, but I couldn't duplicate the fix, since I also had an 
IRQ conflict.

Basically the fix was adding myself to the uucp group which owns ttySX, and then I added 
Xastir to the uucp group, and chmod it to 2555.

Things should have worked at that point, but the second comm. port was assigned the address 
2e8h, and wouldn't play. I changed the address to 2f8h, and all was well.

So I started playing around with the configuration, and discovered there aren't any .wav 
files in the sound folder. Are there canned sound files availably for downloading?
