[Xastir] does Xastir work with Rascal interface?

If you are using a Windows laptop, then you need to add AGWPE
(http://www.patmedia.net/ralphmilnes/soundcardpacket/)

Once you have AGWPE up and running, add a "Networked AGWPE" interface in Xastir.
