This one uses the same USB serial chipset (or a chipset from the same 
manufacturer) as the TNC-X.  FTDI is the comany; they have several 
different devices, ICs and ready to use modules, and they have drivers 
for windows, linux, and OS X.  I haven't used one (yet), but they sure 
show up a lot of places...
