Go to Yast, Install, Click on top Left Button ,use Search, Type in the Program you need. Then Install from there. Check out the Version Number. You may find that there is a newer one, by going to the appropiate website, or do a "google" for that Program. I do know that there are some newer Versions that are on the DVD or Disks as I use 9.2 as well.
