[Xastir] Object Transmit Rate ?

Where do I go in Xastir to control how often an Object that I created is
retransmitted?

I thought it was the "Object/Item Max TX Interval" slider in the Configure
Timing dialog, and I have that set for 29 mins, but my objects are going out
much more often than that.
