[Xastir] Repeater display

I've got a file with all the repeaters in my state.
Is there any easy way to have them show up as
objects or stations.   ( I don't mind writing perl
scripts to do it.)  The record layout looks like

I'll figure something out if I have too but thought that some
one else has probably done something similar.

I don't want them to be transmitted, though
it might be useful to transmit a few of them to the
the recovery crews (balloon chasers)
