[Xastir] xastir install stalls

Tried libz still no difference.

suse is a bugger of a setup but I know I have done this before.

So far I have installed

ImageMagick-6.2.0-2
ImageMagick++devel
fontconfig-devel
freetype2-devel
libjpeg-devel
liblcms-devel
libtiff-devel
xorg-x11-devel
openmotif-devel

Same error
