[Xastir] xastir install stalls

Modified /etc/ld.so.conf how ?
I did not re-run ldconfig cause every time I rpm -ivh, the install process
seemed to get a little further.

each time I did a configure, make, and then did not get far enough to make
install.

again it is a real stab and fumble type install.

no real difinitave dependancies.

distclean&&configure&&make?
