[Xastir] Definative list of dependencies ?

Takes time to put them together and, taking a shot a most of us... we do
a cvs update rather than upgrading via RPMs, so there's no particular
need for the group here... usually.

I'm currently 'way short on time. If I had more, I'd try to set the
process for RPM creation down and 'yum-ify' it. Yum seems to be the
best implementation of package and dependency management I've seen.

I do not foresee having enough time to say 'boo' for the next 9 months
or so.

If I get spare cycles I'll try to put something together on the current
build and set the process out explicitly so others could build the RPM
and identify the dependencies.

One problem we run into, a lot, is ImageMagick. They make changes to
the API and then document them after release. They do this on minor
release numbers and everyoen expects an update to "just work" and when
it doesn't it's like pulling teeth to get the ImageMagick changes
identified.

There are others... ImageMagick is just the most visible and frequent one.
