I admit I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. The rtty plug is
purely an input similar to the CW keying jack; a short will cause a
frequency shift of a configurable amount. I don't know if you can send
packet via that jack very easily, and you would need to wire receive
audio separately too.

I have my data interface wired to my soundcard, not a TNC.
