Shane,
	If there have been APRS weather stations that you know of on air for that
time, you can talk with Steve Dimse of findu.com and he should be able to
pull up a years worth of data for each of the station as long as their
packets were getting to the APRS internet stream.

Lo' folks.  I am trying to find a good resource for finding historical
data given a state or geographic area.  I am trying to find historical
wind reports for Hatchers Pass, Alaska.

The coordinates for the WX that exists there, solar powered, are
61.791629,-149.280682

I appreciate any help you guys can offer, I don't have the background
in APRS many of you do.
