[Xastir] Send message from D700/D7/HamHUD-II?

If someone could send one message from any of the three types of
devices listed today, I'd appreciate it.  Send to "we7u-13" before
11:30am pacific time.

This will let me know if the Send Message dialog pops up with the
appropriate toggles selected and the correct sizes for the message
boxes.
