[Xastir] Send message from D700/D7/HamHUD-II?

Got a good trial from a D700 already, where I received a posit
first.  Xastir recognized it as a D700 in the Send Message dialog.

Have seen two trials from a D7 so far, but no posit first, so Xastir
didn't recognize them as a D7.
