[Xastir] Functionality Request

The -b filter string filters out based on call-signs. It is probably not
usable to filter out WinLink stations since those have no specific prefix the
way CW and WX stations do. Filtering by symbol (e.g. with -s) is probably what
Christian needs. If the local WinLink stations *do* have a unique prefix
then your method for filtering CW and WX stations will work.
