[Xastir] OSX & Cygwin test please?

I haven't done much work yet on libdb.  Was this with the latest CVS
as of this morning?  If so, I'm happy.

As far as GraphicsMagick, you may want to install GM again and check
Xastir's config.log file to see if GM is complaining about some
library that it needs.  That is common with GM or IM.
