Change the line to:

wget -c --no-passive-ftp ftp://ftp.rac.ca/pub/cdncaldb.zip

and it works.

Yup - seeing the same thing here. Just to be sure I copied the 'active'
line from fcc-get:

wget -c --passive-ftp ftp://ftp.rac.ca/pub/cdncaldb.zip

Seems you can log in as anonymous, but as soon as you try to get any data -
such as a directory listing - it breaks by not being able to route to a
non-routable IP addy: 192.168.1.10.

227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,1,10,6,220).
Cannot create a data connection: No route to host

I even tried this from a CLI manually, from a graphic client as well as the
wget line with out the -c --passive-ftp options. It's not the script.
Something's screwed up on their server.
