Yea.  I have Shapelib(Internal) compiled in, but nothing else.
Any libraries I add must be itself compiled under LSB and either
statically linked with the executable or distributed as a private
shared library along with the Xastir LSB package.  It may be a fight
to get more added to it.  We'll see after the RPM packaging gets
done.

For those of you having trouble opening the package, it's a TAR.BZ2
file.  "tar xjvf filename" should do it, but do it as root from the
'/' directory to get it installed properly into /opt/lsb-xastir/
