What's all that "64" stuff?  Does that mean you're running on
something different than x86?  I only compiled it for x86.

Also:  Do you have LSB support added in for your OS?  You need the
/opt/lsb/* directories populated before you can run
/opt/lsb-xastir/bin/* binaries.  I compiled it for LSB-3.0.
