Sounds like a green light for Troy to me.  Just a matter of knowing where
to put the processed files --- AFAICT, xastir.tamu.edu (where the 2003 and 
2004 files went) is still down, and first.aprs.net (where Gerry set up an
ftp incoming directory) is temporarily down due to power outages.
