[Xastir] Compiling from source error

The issue appears to be that the ImageMagick include files (header
files) are not installed on his system so it Xastir is compiling in
XPM support instead, but map_geo.c file isn't set up properly for
that configuration anymore.

I'll get that fixed soon and perhaps add it to the recursion tests
so that configuration gets tested from now on.  Most people won't
want that configuration anyway though, as it doesn't get them
internet mapping.

In order to get ImageMagick support in there he'll have to install
all of the packages you listed, perhaps a few more as well.  I
suspect he'll let us know soon enough.
